POTASSIUM ALUM
THE VERSATILE ONE: FOR USE IN COSMETICS, PHARMACEUTICALS AND INDUSTRY.
Potassium alum (potassium aluminium sulphate or aluminium potassium sulphate) is produced by using raw materials “Made in Germany”. Two different qualities are available:
The pharmaceutical grade is used for a wide range of applications in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries based on its astringent and styptic effects.
The technical grade of Aluminium potassium sulphate is used, for example, as a technical coagulation agent in latex processing, as an additive for tanning leather or as a mordant in dyeing.
Both qualities of Aluminium potassium sulphate offered by OKER-CHEMIE are “Made in Germany” and are produced in the standard grain size of 0-2 mm, pourable, and shipped in polyethylene bags of 25 and 50 kg each.
