SORBSIL® CHAMELEON®

Like the chameleon, Sorbsil^® Chameleon^® is able to change its colour from deep orange to pale yellow to indicate when it needs replacement or reactivation.

Made from a synthetic, amorphous form of silica and an inorganic, ecotoxicologically safe colour change indicator, Sorbsil^® Chameleon^®, a special indicating gel, provides the user with a clear visual indication of how active it still is. Sorbsil^® Chameleon^® is used to protect a wide range of goods, such as electronic components, transformer oils or products from the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries against humidity during use, storage and transport.

This high-quality material “Made in Germany” can be reactivated up to 30 times, thus offering very good value for money. It retains its free-flowing, granular form even at complete saturation (at 100% humidity). Its high mechanical strength guarantees low wear during application.
